Blue Township is the fastest growing part of Pottawatomie County.  Blue Township includes the eastern corner of Manhattan, primarily east of Tuttle Creek Boulevard and along the U.S. Highway 24 corridor. Blue Township grew by nearly 30% in the last 10 years.
