Riley and Pottawatomie county have several transportation networks available. The most notable are air, freight, and rail. Different examples of this infrastructure include the Manhattan Regional Airport, Interstate 70, and numerous train lines running through the region.


Manhattan and the surrounding areas are serviced by the Manhattan Regional Airport. The Manhattan Regional Airport is the 2nd largest airport in Kansas.
