- USDA Center for Grain and Animal Health Research: CGAHR is home to four research units focused on innovative research and technology development.

- Kansas Wheat Innovation Center: The Kansas Wheat Innovation Center was built by the Kansas Wheat Commission to get improved wheat varieties into the hands of farmers faster.
